On September 30, 2024, the It Girl creator, Sara, along with several former Dress to Impress employees, made claims about Gigi[1]. Gigi posted on X (Twitter) acknowledging the allegations with a link to a google doc. [2]
On October 2, 2024, Gigi announced she would temporarily step down as the leader of Dress to Impress, appointing DiarBenOfficial, Umoyae, and Studiozac to manage the game during her hiatus, along with sharing other updates on the game’s future.[3]
